Don't have time to get to the gym?

Don't worry, I will bring the gym to you! With an extensive range of standard gym equipment, you can expect gym-quality personal training workouts in the comfort of your own home or garden. Great for people who dislike gyms, who are shy or simply don’t have time to get to a gym. With gym-quality workouts, you can expect results fast.

 

Typical home workouts will include Step circuits, Bosu Balance Ball Exercises, Boxing Circuits, ViPR workouts, TRX sessions.

 

Single session - £50 per session

 

Three sessions per week - £40 a session

 

10 sessions - £480

Each 60 minute session will be designed around your individual goals and the space that you have available (you don't need much). Again, the more regularly you are able to train with me, the better and faster your results.
