There are many reasons that personal training is your best option
Fitness is a very personal thing! While one person will not be happy until they break the 25 minute mark for a 5K run, another person will be happy to make it around the course at all. And there is nothing wrong with either goal.
If you are looking to knock that elusive minute off your time, or trying to achieve the seemingly impossible, and simply run the distance, there is a personal training programme to help you!
Whatever your fitness goal, be it Strength, Toning, Speed, Power, Mobility, Flexibility, Weightloss, Weightgain, I can help you to get on the right path. And with your commitment and my motivation we can make sure that you stick to the plan by making sure that it changes and remains both fun and effective.

Every Wednesday evening at 7:00, I also run a circuit training class in the Free Church at Great Barton. Circuits are a fantastic way to get fit, and maintain that fitness. My circuit classes are suitable for all fitness abilities because you work out at your own pace, so whether you are new to training or an elite athlete you get the workout that is appropriate to you. ONLY £5 per session.
